Rees is the founder of Mission Focused and has been helping people join Police Scotland for several years, both via Youtube and in person.

As an Ex- Detective in Police Scotland he has first hand experiences of what it takes to join and succeed in this amazing job.

Now having left the Police to re-join the military, he want's to continue to help people get the job they love and enjoy the career that will fulfil them.
